The month of April the Catholic Church traditionally dedicates the month of May to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God and spiritual mother of all Christians. Mary is honoured because of her unique place in the mystery of the Incarnation: she is the Virgin of Nazareth who, by her fiat, became the Mother of the Redeemer.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in Ardagh Church Mondays 10am – 12pm & Fridays 5:30pm – 6:30pm. Carrigkerry Thursday 9am – 9:30am. Newcastle West Church Fridays 12 noon – 7:30pm
First Saturday Devotions
First Saturdays Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary takes place on the First Saturday Of every month in Newcastle West Church & Coolcappagh Church at 9:30am
